Built for Miami homes

South Florida homes get dirty in their own way, so our deep clean targets the problems we see most:

  • Humidity and mildew. Year-round moisture shows up in shower grout, caulk lines and around AC vents.
  • Sand and tile floors. Beach sand and grit settle into grout lines and sliding-door tracks.
  • Balcony and patio doors. Salt air leaves film on glass and dust on tracks.

“We hired [Clean Casa Miami] to do a pre-holiday deep clean in our 3/2 home. We kept the house fairly clean but we were not good about dusting or keeping the wood and tile floors as clean as they should be.”

Deep cleaning FAQ

How much does a deep clean cost in Miami?

Deep cleaning starts at $215 for a 1-bed, 1-bath home, $305 for 2/2 and $400 for 3/3. It’s a standard clean plus a $65 deep-cleaning upgrade, and you’ll see your exact price before you book.

What’s the difference between a standard and a deep clean?

A standard clean keeps a tidy home tidy. A deep clean adds baseboards, fans, vents, grout, cabinet fronts and build-up removal.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes, every time. Our cleaners bring all supplies and equipment, so you don’t need to provide anything.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the whole clean. We do recommend being back when your cleaner finishes: every clean ends with a walkthrough together, and anything you point out gets fixed on the spot. Our satisfaction guarantee applies when the walkthrough is completed.

How often should I get a deep clean?

Every 6 to 12 months for most homes, or as your first visit before switching to weekly, biweekly or monthly cleanings, which save 10–20% on every visit.
